Where to Download Plug-ins
Okay, so you've downloaded Eclipse and you are ready to begin writing the Great American Program. The first thing you are going to notice is that with all of the functionality supplied with out-of-the-box Eclipse you are still going to need a plethora of additional features to keep you going.
Web sites to visit in the search for additional Eclipse plug-ins should always start at the main Eclipse site, http://www.eclipse.org, specifically the Community Projects and Plug-ins. After that I would highly recommend (in no particular order): If you have a personal favorite that has not made its way to the Eclipse Community Projects and Plug-ins page, send it over and I will consider it for inclusion in the above list.
